¿Cómo estáis? Espero que estéis pasando una muy buena semana a pesar del cambio de tiempo. De todos modos, ¡no nos podemos quejar demasiado! 😉
Como ya sabéis y defiendo en mi documental “MAJORCA IS NOT MAGALLUF!”: Mallorca es muchísimo más que Magaluf y Magaluf es mucho más que Punta Ballena.
Magaluf es un lugar precioso que no se merece esta mala reputación por culpa de una calle que no llega a los 600 metros que se llama Punta Ballena.
En Magaluf hay lugares geniales y de gran categoría como el Nikki beach, Wave House, Café del Mar, entre muchos otros.
También hay parques como Katmandú con atracciones fantásticas y divertidísimas. Además, si os gusta la escalada tenéis dos circuitos de diferente dificultad que a mí personalmente me encantan.
Véis, en Magaluf un@ se lo puede pasar fenomenal sin necesidad de pasarse de la raya ni humillarse por vida…
Siempre defenderé que Magaluf es un lugar precioso y que los mallorquines debemos venderla como lo que es realmente y no como otros quieren que sea.

¿Cómo estáis? ¡Qué cambio de tiempo! Este pasado mes de octubre no ha sido normal, pero a mí me ha encantado. ¡A veces me pregunto cómo pude vivir en Alemania casi 4 años! Estudié Filología Inglesa en el norte de este país e iba en bicicleta por todas partes. Mis amigos alemanes siempre me decían que les parecía increíble que siendo de una isla tan bonita y con tan buen clima, decidiera estudiar allí. La verdad es que me encantó la experiencia, pero ya os contaré más otro día.
Hoy os quiero contar un poco sobre el festival “GREAT BRITAIN” al que me invitaron este jueves pasado en el CORTE INGLÉS de las Avenidas de Mallorca
Como os podéis imaginar, combinando mis dos mundos me sentí totalmente en mi esencia.

This brand specializes in traditional recipes from Yorkshire. I personally love these biscuits!
They have 10% of ginger, which makes them a bit spicy.

Hoy os quería hablar sobre lo que he hecho este fin de semana en Mallorca.
Es curioso, pero cuanto más viajo, más me gusta y más aprecio esta hermosa isla.
Mucha gente viene aquí de vacaciones porque es preciosa y tenemos de todo: Buen clima, buena gente, excelente comida y muchísima cultura.
Nuestro ajetreado día a día muchas veces no nos permite disfrutar de la isla como deberíamos, así que este fin de semana lo he disfrutado como una turista más y me ha encantado.

I took the sightseeing bus in Palma with friends. You can listen to the Palma history in five languages. In spite of being Majorcan, it was more interesting than I thought!

I also loved to go to the flea market NUEVO FUTURO where there were all kinds of amazing products at fantastic prices. The best part is that all the money goes to helping children who really need it!
(También me encantó ir al mercadillo de NUEVO FUTURO, donde había muchas clases de increíbles productos a precios fantásticos. ¡La mejor parte es que todo el dinero va destinado a ayudar a niños que de verdad lo necesitan!)

Por motivos de trabajo (presentando eventos, traducciones simultáneas…) trabajo mucho los fines de semana, pero este as you can see, ha sido muy completo y muy agradable en el que hemos disfrutado de un tiempo de verano.
Como sabéis, ¡Mallorca es muchísimo más que Magaluf y Magaluf es mucho más que Punta Ballena!

¡Hola a tod@s! ¿Cómo estáis?
Yo acabo de llegar de MIPCOM en Cannes y ha sido una gran experiencia.
Como sabéis, fui a promocionar mi documental “MAJORCA IS NOT MAGALLUF!” Todo el mundo que lo ha visionado ha coincidido en que ofrece una imagen muy diferente de la que han ofrecido los medios de comunicación, que no es más de lo mismo y que Mallorca es preciosa. Como os podéis imaginar, estoy muy satisfecha. Mallorca es un paraíso y no se merece esta mala fama por culpa de una pequeñísima calle de unos 600 metros. Estoy encantada, pues se va a distribuir internacionalmente. Of course, I will keep you posted!
En este espacio aún no os había hablado de ello, pero también fui a presentar mi formato “WHAT’S UP WITH ENGLISH?”. Un game show para todos los públicos conducido en la lengua de cada territorio para aprender inglés gracias a curiosidades muy presentes en nuestro día a día, que incluye una game app muy chula.
Es curioso porque creé “WHAT’S UP WITH ENGLISH?” para el público latino, pero nunca imaginé que gustara tanto al mercado asiático. ¡Ha sido una sorpresa muy agradable!
Y, last but not least, me alegra muchísimo anunciaros que mi vblog ha gustado mucho por ser fresco, útil y fácil de ver. Se está hablando de hacer una sección TIME FOR ENGLISH! en algún espacio televisivo. Ahora mismo no os puedo adelantar más, pues se acaba de empezar a hablar, pero evidentemente you (los que me seguís y apoyáis) will be the first to know!! 🙂
Como veis, está confirmado que el inglés está por todas partes y que con un poco de curiosidad e ilusión, ¡se puede aprender inglés de forma muy fácil y divertida! 😉
